Expect that your first visit to CCHP will last roughly an hour. Upon your first visit to our clinic, you will fill out a patient intake form where you’ll explain what’s bothering you and what exactly you’re feeling. The doctor will review your intake form with you shortly afterward in a private treatment room. Based on your complaint the doctor will perform a specific examination which includes orthopedic, neurologic, chiropractic and physical exams. Afterwards you and the doctor will discuss your condition and how to treat it. The doctor will begin treatment immediately.
